Ladies out there...please pay close attention if you want to know where to find Malaysia’s own natural SKII, in form of ‘taufufah’ (soy milk curd). *It’s believed that those consuming taufufah will have smooth and flawless skin. The more, if not most famous one is Funny Mountain, found in Ipoh, Perak. Besides taufufah, this stall is also famous for their soya bean drink and ‘cincau’.

The stall is located at Jalan Theater, near the famous Lou Wong Nga Choy Kai (beansprout chicken rice). Ask around and you’ll find it. It opens at 10.30am and business is brisk throughout the day. Not only you can see long queue of people waiting for their favorite dessert/ drinks, you can also see cars queuing up too!

You can eat at the comfort of your own car. ‘Double queue’, seen here, is common. You’ll be served by a young man fetching your orders and delivering it to your car. |
For me, I’ll always eat the taufufah there itself and then takeaway a big bottle of soya bean drinks. The texture of the taufufah was so smooth that it slides down my throat as soon as I place it in my mouth. The taufufah is prepped with pandan ('Chinese peppermint') leaf sugar and you can taste the refreshing sweetness when taken together with taufufah. The boss further claimed that he doesn’t put any preservatives and therefore must be consumed as soon as possible.

Tips:
If you’re ordering drink, try hak-pak (cincau + soya bean drink), I love it!

Tasty Or Not?
Rating: 9/10, for the excellent taste and texture, plus no preservatives (as claimed). Also, where else can you find beauty products for just RM0.80 a pop.
