Village Park Nasi Lemak Ayam Goreng @ Damansara Uptown: Best-est & Most Excellent Nasi Lemak AYAM GORENG

Let me introduce today the most 'excellent' nasi lemak I'd eaten so far and it's no other than Village Park Nasi Lemak @ Damansara Uptown, yay!

Nasi Lemak Ayam Goreng (RM9)

To be specific, it's their nasi lemak ayam goreng that's 'excellent'. And to be even more specific, their ayam goreng/ fried chicken is most 'excellent'. Unfortunately, the same can't be said to the other dishes and foods there...mediocre taste only.

The main and sole star, AYAM GORENG...the best I'd eaten so far. You'll be getting a quarter 'medium sized' chicken and it's always drumstick and thigh! The taste was 'excellent', full of 'rempah'/ aromatic spices taste outside together with their crispy-ly fried skin (don't tell my mom, hehe) while their meat inside remained tender and warm. Just as your incisor teeth sunked into it, the meat will separate without much effort! Great, huh!!! 10/10! Oops, did I rate it too early, hehe:)  

I'd been there countless of time. To be more exact...since a plate of nasi lemak ayam goreng was priced at RM8, now RM9 already, hehe. RM1 more pricey but the portions are still the same, aii. Who else to blame other than inflation, right?

The prove that I'd been eating here for a long time...the price before it was jacked up until RM9. To be fair to the boss, as long as my ayam goreng 'berempah' remains the same size and maintaining still their 'excellent' taste and texture, I'll still be loyal to Village Park's Nasi Lemak Ayam Goreng (but won't be eating as frequent as before though, hehe). Let's not forget about the rice and sambal also. The rice was just lightly-fragrant while the sambal was too plain and 'sweet-less-spicy' (no thrill!!) type. But, they do allow free refill of sambal and I have no complain on that:)

A few of my other visits. Tried other dishes like sotong and rendang ayam. Lousy. Trust me...just stick with nasi lemak ayam goreng instead, okay?

Nasi Lemak Rendang Ayam. From the gravy, you'll be forgiven if you think this is curry chicken instead. Worst still, it doesn't taste like either ones, hehe.

Tasty Or Not?
Rating 8.5/10, for their 'excellent' nasi lemak ayam goreng (credits go to the ayam goreng specifically). The rest of the nasi lemak such as the rice, sambal, hard boiled egg (half, kiamsap!), anchovies and nuts are just...plain normal.
