Mee Sua Kor @ KMM Success, Air Itam, Penang: Famous And Best Mee Sua Kor Found!

At this moment, I'd say the best mee sua kor (vermicelli soup) that I'd tasted so far is found at Kedai Makanan Dan Minuman Success, along Jalan Air Itam @ Air Itam. To reach this place, drive heading to Air Itam and this stall is located on your left, just beside Maybank. It opens from 5pm onwards and offer varieties of noodles such as mee suo kor, tang hoon, oyster mee and a few more.

Menu. So far, I'd tried tang hoon and mee sua kor only. If possible, try eating both, or all, it's delicious!
Ingredients!
Neat and clean cooking place. Obviously the chef is a woman:)

I'd tried mee sua kor and tang hoon at this stall before, both are nice but mee sua kor worth special mention here because it's absolutely fulfilling to eat it along with varieties of 'liews' mixed together inside; meatball, oysters, prawns, crabmeat, sotong, fishmeat, lards, egg. Although those 'liews' came in bits and pieces, it's still big enough to be able to distinguish it in my mouth. It's recommended to eat with spoon only since by doing so, you'll be able to scoop out the mee sua as well as the 'liews' together.

Close up photo of mee sua kor. The soup is sweet from the essence of seafood, not full with addictive or flavoring.

Every scoop with bring out equally amount of mee sua and 'liews' (bits and pieces of meatball, oysters, prawns, crabmeat, sotong, fishmeat, lards, egg). Once it reaches your mouth...fireworks!

Open from 5pm onwards

Tips:
If you're planning to eat more than one type of dish, don't order drink or else your stomach will be full with fluids
Go early. My friend told me it's very packed and long waiting time later in the evening
Add crab meat (it's not from crabstick)

Tasty Or Not?
Ratings: 8.5/10, much better than Shihlin's oyster mee sua because the amount is more, soup is tastier and thicker and the 'liews' are more in varieties and quantities too.
